Non-Electoral Customers

We issue a monthly invoice on the first business day of the month for the previous month’s entire text and dialer usage.

Electoral Customers

To help with budgeting and compliance reporting for customers who are engaged in an upcoming election, we will issue a Pre-Election invoice 10 days before the election, which covers the first of the month up to the pre-10 day mark. Then we will issue a Post-Election invoice 1 to 2 days after the election that covers the final 10 days of GOTV. If this occurs during the end of the month, we’ll skip the regular monthly invoice and just issue the Pre and Post-Election invoices.

For example, if your election is on June 5th, you’d receive a Pre-Election invoice covering May 1st through May 26th. After election day you’d receive a Post-Election invoice for the final 10 days of GOTV covering May 27th through June 5th.

Following an election, if there is any usage that month after election day, we’ll issue an invoice on our normal schedule at the beginning of the month, which will cover the remainder after the election. To use the June 5th example again, following the election you’d receive an invoice for the remainder of June, covering June 6th through June 30th, on July 1st.
