From the People page, you can suspend a texter’s access to your Spoke platform by finding that user in the list, and then changing their role to Suspended.

A suspended user will no longer be able to send messages or have access to the text campaigns they were previously assigned to.

 

Suspending a user that has a higher role like Supervolunteer, Admin, or Owner, will also revoke those permissions and access that they previously had.

 

Suspended users are not automatically shown on the users page, but can be viewed by filtering by roles and selecting suspended.
