Archiving campaigns frees up the phone numbers used to send texts on that campaign so they can be used to send texts from another campaign. After a 48-hour period, you will no longer be able to send or receive messages on an archived campaign. But you can still copy the campaign, export its data, and view conversations in Message Review.

Viewing Archived Campaigns

To see your archived campaigns, head to the Campaigns page on the Spoke admin side. At the top of the page, you’ll see a search bar. Click the Current button to open a dropdown, then select “Archived” to call up your archived campaigns.

When you click on any of your archived campaigns, you'll still be able to see the campaign metrics and export the campaign data.

To switch back to the list of Current (unarchived) campaigns, you can use the same dropdown to select Current, or simply refresh your page.

Viewing Archived Conversations

To view conversations in archived campaigns, head to the Message Review page on the Spoke admin side. Turn off “Active Campaigns” and turn on “Archived Campaigns” - this will bring up every conversation in an archived campaign. To filter to just conversations where there was a back and forth, use the “Contact message status” dropdown to select “Needs Texter Response”, “Active Conversation”, and “Closed”.

You will be able to view these conversations in Message Review by clicking on the "View Conversation" arrow corresponding to each conversation. The option to “Go to Conversation” - to view the conversation from the texter side - is not available for archived conversations.
