Admins and Owners have the ability to view all information about a contact from the conversation window by clicking the face icon in the upper left corner.
All data related to the contact that was pulled in by VAN or uploaded via CSV file will be displayed, including phone number, last name, as well as any other custom field.
For privacy reasons, users with texter or supervolunteer roles are not able to pull up this information. The face icon will still display on their conversation window, but it is not clickable.
