First off, welcome to all our new customers! We’ve onboarded a lot of new texters lately, and we’re so excited to get working with you. We know you have a lot of choices when it comes to texting vendors, and so we hope to show our gratitude with a platform shaped by your feedback plus timely support. 

   

Speaking of features informed by your feedback, we are reaching out to let you know about the new “usage” tab in Spoke. This will allow you to track total segments for your account per month. You’ll find this inside your Spoke account on the left hand pane within the next two weeks! 

   

In the meantime, just a friendly reminder: we do not charge per text, but rather per message segment. A segment, on average, is around 153 characters, but differs based on length of segments and unique characters (like emojis, accents, symbols). Segments per message are easily tracked in the Spoke script, and soon in your usage portal.
