Hi everyone,

13 days! Hope you are getting some rest, and taking good care in the final stretch! We have some final updates we are making to Spoke, and want to be sure and keep you in the loop as these roll out. This next update will be deployed over the next two days.

Updates:

  • Total sent: The texter assignment interface inside each campaign will display “total initials sent” per texter regardless of whether or not someone selects the “done for the day” button, or if texts become unassigned or reassigned.
  • Faster scripts: Some of you may have noticed that as scripts got longer, editing them could become slower. This is now fixed, and you shouldn’t experience any script slowness going forward!
  • Unassign/Reassign: Message Review now handles much larger loads, and can reassign or unassign up to 200,000 texts at a time.
  • Double scroll: The Message Review conversation window now has two scrollers, so you can still read notes attached to a conversation, even if the conversation is long.
  • Script scroll: The script popup inside “scripts” will now have a scrolling option if your script becomes long, so you can still check to see how many segments you are at if your message becomes long, or you have a lot of custom fields.
  • Refreshed data: Made changes that ensure you are always seeing up to date data when arriving at a new page. For example: the campaign’s data display page previously took up to 10 seconds to display the most recent data. This will now update automatically.
  • Closed Messages: “Skipped Messages” will become “Closed Messages” on the texter workflow page to more accurately reflect the recent button name change.
  • Copy Campaign: Copy campaign will now also copy the texter panel settings (thanks Ilana!).

Bug Fixes:

  • Fixed a bug that didn’t allow you to turn the “done texting” button off in settings.
  • Fixed a bug that didn’t display that a message was sent if you were sending from Message Review.

Coming very soon:

  • Usage: You will soon be able to see your total segments for the month, with the option to view usage by specific time periods. This should allow for much better cost tracking as you all finalize your October / November budgets!

That’s it for now! Thanks for all you’re doing.
