First, welcome to all of our new customers! We’re very excited to support your texting efforts. And a big thank you to all our returning customers! We’re grateful to be working with you in 2021 and beyond.

We have some important account updates to share with you. As always, feel free to respond with any questions you have. 


Free landline filtering: In order to keep deliverability high and help our customers cut costs, we are now requiring landline filtering to be run before launching a text campaign, provided no charge to you. If you did any landline filtering in February before this email, you also won’t be charged for it on your next invoice. We expect this change to provide significant savings for a majority of our customers. 


Note: Larger lists may take longer to filter, but we will have a fix out for this soon!


Automatic opt outs: In case you missed it, we now have an automatic opt outs feature! This feature will automatically opt out anyone who responds with a number of keywords or phrases indicating they want to be removed from your list. You can read more about this feature here. Going forward, automatic opt outs will be turned on by default. If you prefer it off, you can still head to your Spoke’s settings and turn it off there.
