We have yet another exciting Scale to Win Spoke release for you! See below for the updates will be rolled out today, April 29th, before texting hours begin. Please feel free to respond to this email with any questions.
New Features:
Follow-up campaigns: The long awaited follow-up campaigns feature is finished! With this new update, you can launch new campaigns with contacts from previous campaigns based on a contact’s message status, tags applied, or prior survey answers. We’ve also added the ability to retext anyone to whom our records indicate your text was filtered by mobile carriers. See here for our guide on how to use this feature.
Follow-up campaigns can be accessed from the “Contacts” section of your campaign.
Usage upgrade: The usage page got a big upgrade. You can now view the segments you’ve sent on a per campaign basis. We’ve also updated the usage page to show increased visibility into your daily, weekly, and monthly sending trends.
Deliverability insight: We’ve added a “Filter Rate” metric on each campaign’s data display page for additional visibility into your campaign’s deliverability. See here for tips on how to improve your deliverability.

Campaign reply rate update: We’ve updated how we display reply rate. Now, the reply rate shown will reflect the percentage of people who responded to your initial message divided by the number of contacts you have texted, where previously, we displayed reply rate from dividing by the total number of contacts on your campaign. This should be more helpful for calculating your actual reply rate.
Removed “texter-tags” from tags: You no longer need to type “texter-tags” for your tags to successfully display to texters. You can continue toggling tags on and off on a per campaign basis inside the “Texter Panel”.
Coming Soon:
Troll watch: Quickly identify trolls, bad actors, or texters who just need some additional training with our new Troll Watch feature. If enabled, this feature will provide both email & Spoke notifications if certain key words or phrases are being sent from your platform.
MMS uploader: Sending picture messages will become much easier with our new MMS uploader. You’ll have the ability to upload and add an image directly to your initial message, without having to collect and bracket an image URL from an image hosting site.
