We’ve got some big news to share with you. Scale to Win is building a new dialer.


The new dialer is currently in early beta and being tested by a small handful of users. We’ll be releasing our dialer more widely in the last quarter of 2021.


This dialer will:

  • Dial landlines and cell phones at automatic dialer speeds. Help your callers reach out to hundreds of people an hour.
  • Support the most stable calling experience on the market. We’re building our dialer with multiple telephony partners from day 1, meaning that no one outage will be able to stop your campaign or organization from making calls during your all important, highest volume, GOTV periods.
  • Export data in real time. You’ll be able to get your calling results whenever you need them.
  • Call whenever you want. Our dialer tool will put your calling fully in your control, meaning you can dial whenever you want.
  • Sync easily to VAN. So that your organizers, volunteers, and activists can track the information they need to win.
  • Support patch through calling. So that your advocacy efforts can have their biggest impact.
  • Intuitive caller interface. To make dialing easy, whether it’s your first time calling or your hundredth.
  • Computer-less calling option. No computer? No problem. Use our “Phone Only” mode to use our dialer exclusively on your handset or smartphone.
  • And so much more.


And of course, we’ll be offering this dialer tool at the same sort of low cost rates you’ve come to expect from Scale to Win, with the same attention to the organizer experience that can only come from a team that’s organized some of the largest texting and calling programs around.


The development of this dialer project owes a deep debt to the open source community, without which, the development of this dialer would not be possible. We at Scale to Win are proud to be members of the progressive coding community and deep believers in the power of open source technology. To that end, Scale to Win will be releasing the core of our dialer project open source as well.


This means that for campaigns and organizations who want to work directly with Scale to Win, just like with our Spoke platform, we'll offer a low cost, feature packed version of this dialer for your organization. But if your campaign or organization wants to go it alone, you’ll have the open source code you need to operate a dialer on your own too.


It is our hope, just as Spoke has made the P2P texting more accessible for progressive campaigns and organizations across the country, that this new, open source dialer will do the same for calling.
