New Features:
Script Variance: This new feature will allow you to send multiple iterations of your initial message, for the purpose of reducing message filtering and making it possible to perform A/B tests within Spoke. You can add as many iterations of your initial message as you like, and Spoke will randomly rotate among them.
We’ve also added a new section on each campaign’s data display page which will provide you with metrics like reply rate, opt out rate, and filter rate for each iteration you add, so you can find the most impactful and effective messages. You can read more about this feature here.
Overlap date range: You can now filter and view overlapping contacts across campaigns launched in the last 30, 60, or 90 days, as well as “all time” in the Overlap Management feature. This should prove especially helpful for organizations that have a large number of campaigns.
Refresh Invite Links: You now have the ability to “refresh” your join links inside of Spoke, meaning you can create new join links while disabling old invite links, for increased security.
General Improvements:
Opt out stats: If a contact that exists in multiple campaigns is opted out from one campaign, they will no longer be counted as a contact in other campaigns.
Edit / skip initial message: The ability to edit the initial message is now hidden behind a menu in the bottom right hand corner of texter’s screen. We’ve also added the ability to skip an initial message which, if utilized, will unassign that contact from the texter.
Automatic Opt Outs: Added more phrases to the automatic opt outs feature, meaning this feature will catch even more opt outs than before.
Bug Fixes:
Tags: Fixed a bug that caused an error page if you deleted a tag from the Tags page if that particular tag was actively mapped to VAN inside of a campaign.
That’s it for now! Thanks for all your doing, and we hope you enjoy this update.
