Scale to Win has created a shared login system for all dialer admin accounts and all Spoke organizations created after January 24, 2022.

What is a shared login?

Spoke organizations created after January 24, 2022 are part of a shared login system with the dialer. To access these newer Spoke organizations, you will only need to make one Scale to Win account. And you’ll be able to login at the URL of your organization (i.e., organizationname.text.scaletowin.com) or at a centralized login page, login.scaletowin.com.

You’ll use one username and password (your Scale to Win account) to access Spoke organizations that are part of the shared login system.

Dialer admins can also use this centralized login page to access all Scale to Win Dialer organizations for which they are an admin or have been invited to join as an admin. Dialer admins will continue to be able to access their Dialer organizations by going directly to the URLs of their admin dashboard(s), as well (i.e., organizationname.dialer.scaletowin.com).

To create your shared Scale to Win account for the first time, you’ll need an invitation to join a Spoke organization or a Dialer as an admin. 

Spoke

Spoke invitations take the form of a link that ends in /join. Some organizations may also have enabled a feature allowing users to create accounts from links ending in /initials.

Click on the invite link, and you’ll be brought to a signup page:

Once you’ve entered the information in the required fields and checked that you agree to our terms of service and privacy policy, your account will be created! If you’re an administrator, you’ll need to be promoted by someone in your organization to access the admin side of Spoke.

Dialer Admins

To join a Dialer organization as an admin, you’ll receive an invitation via email. Look for an email with the heading “You’ve been invited to the Scale to Win Dialer” or “[Name] is inviting you to the Scale to Win Dialer.” Click the “Get Started” button in this email, or copy and paste the URL at the bottom of the email into your browser, and then follow the steps to sign up.

You will click the “SIGN UP” button displayed on the web page.

Then, if this is your first time using the Scale to Win Dialer as an admin, you’ll be prompted to create a secure password for your account. If you already are an admin on a different Scale to Win Dialer account, you should log in here using the same credentials (i.e., email and password) you use for your other account. 

You will then be prompted to “add another authentication method” in order to keep your account safe. You can do so through one of three methods:

1. Google Authenticator or similar: To use this authentication method, go to the App Store or Google Play on your smartphone and download an authenticator app, such as Google Authenticator or Twilio Authy. Once you’ve downloaded and set up this app on your phone, select the option in the app to “Scan a QR code” (in the case of the Google Authenticator app, you’ll find this by clicking the “+” sign in the bottom right corner of your screen) or “Add Account” (in the case of Twilio Authy). This will prompt a camera to open up on your phone screen. Use this camera to scan the QR Code displayed on your computer screen, as pictured below.

You will then see a six-digit code appear on the screen of the authenticator app. Enter that code in the “Enter your one-time code” field on your computer screen, then click “Continue.”

2. SMS: Enter your cell phone number into the “Enter your phone number” field on your computer screen. You’ll then be texted a six-digit one-time code, which you should enter on your computer screen, then click “Continue.” The next screen will then provide you with a recovery code, which you should keep somewhere safe, in case you ever need to log in without your device. After you’ve copied down this code, click “Continue” again.

3. Security Key: To use this method, you need a physical two-factor security key, such as a “Titan Security Key” from Google Cloud. Plug your security key into your computer’s USB port, click “continue,” and follow the steps on your browser. You’ll be prompted to give your security key a name, to help you easily identify it later.

Email verification: Finally, after setting up your authentication method, you’ll be prompted to verify your email address. Check your inbox for an email with the subject line, “Your Scale to Win Email Verification Code,” which contains a six-digit code.

Enter this code in the “Verification Code” field on your screen, then click “Verify.” Now, you’re in!

Log into an existing account

Once you’ve created a Scale to Win account, you can log in from two places. 

Navigate directly to the organization’s URL: Spoke users and Dialer admins can log in by navigating directly to an organization’s custom URL, i.e. organizationname.text.scaletowin.com or organizationname.dialer.scaletowin.com. Enter your email address and password to login.

Go to login.scaletowin.com: You also have access to a centralized login page at login.scaletowin.com. Type in this URL to access a login page.

Once you’re logged in, you’ll be able to navigate between every Spoke organization and Dialer organization to which you have access.

Joining new Spoke sites and teams with your existing account

Once you have a Scale to Win account, it’s easy to join new Spoke organizations or teams. 

If you’re already logged in to your Scale to Win account, all you have to do is click the invite link for the Spoke site or team to be taken directly there and have it added to your account.

If you’re not logged in to your Scale to Win account, go through the login flow to be taken directly to the new site or team and have it added to your account.

FAQ

How do I reset my password?

To reset your password, click on “Don’t remember your password” in the “Log In” section.

You’ll be prompted to enter your email address. Type in the email address you used to create your account.

After you hit “Send Email”, check your inbox for an email titled “Reset your Scale to Win password”.

Click the “Reset Password” button. You’ll be taken to a page where you can change your password.

Enter your new password twice, then hit the “Reset password” button to save it. We recommend saving your passwords in a password manager like 1Password.

I entered the wrong email address, how do I change it?

If you entered the wrong email address and wish to change it, you'll need to create a new account with the correct email address.
