In this step, enter the three-digit area code that you want your calls to come from. We recommend that you choose an area code local to the people you’re calling, so that it is familiar to them and they are more likely to answer your call.
The Scale to Win Dialer then procures multiple phone numbers that begin with this area code. Calls in your call campaign will always come from these phone numbers, not the personal phone numbers of your callers, protecting their privacy.
If no phone numbers with your preferred area code are available, an alert will appear prompting you to select an alternative, nearby area code instead.
