This update brings features to Spoke that will make it easier to navigate between conversations, track data saved, and reassign and unassign texts in Message Review.

Updates to Message Review

  • View conversations chronologically: Message Review will now always show your conversations in chronological order, sorted by most recent exchanges first. Note: For customers with accounts containing millions of conversations, your conversations may appear out of order for around a day as our background processing works through your history.

  • Navigate between conversations with arrows: When you view conversations in Message Review, you can now click on arrows or use your arrow keys to move between each conversation seamlessly, instead of having to click into each conversation individually.

  • View survey questions: To give you greater visibility into how your texters are gathering data, the view conversation feature in Message Review will display any survey questions that have been applied to conversations. You can also view and delete tags that have been added to conversations from this screen.

  • Reassign / unassign custom batch sizes: We’ve redesigned the reassign and unassign features in Message Review to allow you to reassign or unassign a custom amount of texts. Previously, you could only reassign or unassign manually selected conversations or every conversation that matched your filter criteria. The new custom amount feature will allow you to quickly reassign conversations in batch sizes that make sense for your organization.

Bug fix

  • No match error: If a campaign had no canned responses, texters would see a “No Matches” message after selecting “All Responses” in the conversation window. This has been fixed, and texters will no longer see this message if a campaign has no canned responses.

Coming soon

  • 150k contact limit for campaigns: We're changing contact upload to allow you to upload larger lists to your campaigns! This change is being rolled out to batches of our customers incrementally. By March 1st, 2022, everyone will be able to upload CSV files, synced VAN lists, and follow-up campaigns containing up to 150,000 contacts.
