This update includes quality of life improvements to Spoke. You can now see how many contacts VAN excludes during list sync, register more than one Spoke team more easily for 10DLC, and share the 10DLC registration form with people who aren’t in Spoke.
VAN List Upload Report: When you sync a list from NGP VAN to Spoke, VAN will remove numbers considered non-textable. The Contacts section of your campaign will now display how many phone numbers were removed by VAN for added clarity.
Improvements to 10DLC Registration
Spoke Accounts with Multiple Teams: Until now, if your Spoke account had multiple teams, you needed a user with Super Admin privileges to handle the registrations from the Global Settings > Compliance page. With this update, any team Owner can register a team for 10DLC directly from that team’s Compliance page.
Shareable 10DLC Registration Form: If you need to share the 10DLC registration form with someone who isn’t using Spoke, you can now generate a shareable link to the 10DLC registration form. Simply click on the 10DLC form, then hit "Share Form" to access the shareable link. The form will pre-fill information about your account to ensure that the registration tracks back correctly.
