As of June 9th, 2022, Spoke accounts have access to the following new features:
Suppressions: Admins now have the ability to add a list of phone numbers they want to suppress within a text campaign. This feature is available before or after a campaign is launched, for maximum flexibility.
Overlap Management Improvements
Access Unlaunched Campaigns: Overlap Management now allows you to see if any of the contacts in your campaign overlap with contacts in unlaunched campaigns, and remove those contacts from your campaign if desired.
Access After Launch: You can now remove overlapping contacts in Overlap Management even after a campaign has launched.
Global Usage Page: Account Owners with multiple teams can now check usage across the entire account in one place! The Global Usage page also includes a breakdown of segments and MMS messages sent per team for easy team-by-team tracking. Super Admins can find this page in the account’s Global Settings page. If you don’t see Global Settings, feel free to reach out to us!
Tag Stats in Campaigns: We’ve added tags to every campaign’s data display page so you have additional visibility into which tags are getting applied in that campaign.
General Improvements
VAN Event Integration: When you copy a campaign, VAN Event IDs will no longer copy over, giving you additional opportunity to check that the event you’re adding is correct.
Campaign Names in Message Review: We’ve added Campaign IDs to the conversation list in Message Review to make it easier to sort your conversations. If the title of your campaign is very long, it will now wrap around so you can see the whole title.
Done Button in Scripts: We resolved an issue that could make it hard to select the Done button in your script if the message was exceptionally long, or contained a large image.
