Hi all,
We’re excited to let you know about two brand new features and one update to the Dialer that our team launched to all organizations today!
1. Do Not Call List
The next time you log into the admin interface of your dialer organization, you’ll notice a new menu option on the left-hand side of your screen called “Do Not Call List.”
On this page, you can add phone numbers (manually or via CSV upload) that you wish to remove from future communications by your dialer organization.
These phone numbers will be immediately blocked from getting dialed by any current and future call campaigns. E.g., if you upload a number to your Do Not Call list, even if you’ve already uploaded it to an active calling campaign, that number will get skipped over.
That said, if you delete a phone number from your Do Not Call List, that number is immediately eligible once again to be dialed by your call campaigns, including any currently active call campaigns. You can read our guide about this feature for more information.

2. Automatic S3 Export
If your organization or campaign has a data team and an AWS account, you can now set the Scale to Win Dialer to automatically export all of your organization’s calling data to an AWS S3 bucket on a nightly basis.
From there, your organization’s data team can import the data into Amazon Redshift, other data warehouses, or query it directly using Amazon Athena.
You can view this new feature in the “Settings” tab of your dialer admin interface, and read here for export documentation.

3. Add More Response Options to Script Questions
Starting today, you will be able to add up to ninety-nine response options to every question in your calling scripts. We have removed the previous limit of eight response options per question. We hope this gives you more flexibility for structuring your questions and scripts.

We’re eager and excited for you to try out these new features. If you have any questions or feedback, please don’t hesitate to reach out to support@scaletowin.com or reply to me here!
Thanks so much for all that you do,
Claire & the STW Team
