We’re excited to announce a brand-new feature that makes it easier than ever to view and track the number of calls made and automatic voicemails left by your dialer organization! 


Your Usage Page


The next time you log into your dialer organization, you’ll see a new menu item on the left-hand side of your admin interface, called “Usage.” 


There, you can view the total number of calls made and voicemails left by all of your call campaigns, over any period of time:

Scroll further down the usage page to view a breakdown of how many calls were made and voicemails left by each call campaign in your dialer organization, and a link to easily access each campaign.


You have the option to sort this table by the number of calls made, voicemails left, or the campaigns’ names.

Your Usage Page for Multiple Subaccounts


If subaccounts have been enabled for your dialer organization, then administrative users of the “Organization Owner” level will be able to view an additional usage page that aggregates the usage of all of your subaccounts. 


As shown below, Organization Owners can access this page by 1) clicking on the circular, human-shaped icon in the top right corner of their dialer admin interface, 2) selecting “Organization Settings” from the dropdown menu, and then 3) clicking the “Usage” tab on the left side of their interface.


The three steps that Organization Owners should take to access the “Usage” page that displays the usage for all of the subaccounts of the dialer organization.


As with the first dashboard, the bottom of this page contains a breakdown of which calls and voicemails were made by which subaccounts, and a link to each of them.


Important Note on Billing


Note that Scale to Win will not be using the usage pages for any billing-related purposes. While you shouldn’t see any errors on this page with your usage, please let us know if you do, and you can rest assured that this new feature will not impact your billing.
