Hi all,

We’re excited to announce four new features on the Scale to Win Dialer that we hope will make your life easier as we head into the thick of election season.

All four features are available starting today, including new statistics and easy-to-view totals on the Manage Callers page, the ability to “pin” calling campaigns for easy locating, auto-mapping of CSV columns to save you time, and the option to collect callers’ email addresses. See below for details on each!

1. New Totals and Stats on the Manage Callers Page

On the Manage Callers page of your calling campaigns, you’ll notice two new additions:

  1. Caller status totals are now displayed at the top of the page, so you can easily view how many callers are currently in calls, waiting for calls, and so on.

  1. There are new columns showing i) the total time each caller has been logged into the dialer and ii) the total time they’ve spent in calls during this campaign.

New additions to the Manage Callers page.

We hope these additions help you more easily manage your phonebanks and gain more insight into your callers’ sessions.

2. Pinned Campaigns

You can now “pin” any calling campaigns that you’d like to the top of your Campaigns page, for your convenience and easy locating. Just use the pin-shaped icon to pin and unpin a given campaign.

The Campaigns page now features your “Pinned Campaigns” above “All Campaigns.”

3. Auto-Mapping of CSV Columns

When you upload your calling list via CSV during “Step 4: Add Contacts,” rather than having to “map” your columns manually, our system will now do its best to map them for you automatically! Just check over the mappings and make any edits or additions, if needed.

Your columns are now auto-mapped when you upload a CSV.

Note: This does not affect your “Phone Number” column. Please continue to write that column header in the format “phone_number”.

4. Option to Collect Callers’ Email Addresses

Finally, you now have the option to ask for the email addresses of your callers when they connect to the dialer, in addition to their name and phone number. To enable this feature, simply turn on the new “Collect email from callers” toggle on your Settings page.

The new email collection toggle on your Settings page.

If you enable this feature, your callers’ email addresses will be listed on your Manage Callers page, in your CSV results export, and in your S3 and BigQuery data exports.

We’re excited for you to try out these new features. If you have any questions, feel free to reply back to this email.

In gratitude and solidarity,

Claire & the Scale to Win Team
