Hi there,

We’ve got one final GOTV dialer feature update to help you in the final days of this election cycle: customizable alerts and messages displayable to your callers.

Now, you can set a custom alert bar to display at the top of your callers’ screens while they dial, as well as customize the specific “Campaign Paused,” “Campaign Complete,” and “Campaign Outside of Dialing Hours” messages your callers see during your calling campaign.

An example caller alert bar

Use caller alert bars to communicate important messages in real time with your callers. Set your message to stay permanently on your calling campaign until you remove it, or set your message to expire after a certain amount of time.

If you need to let your callers know you’re switching calling lists starting at 8pm, use our alert bar feature to remind callers of the impending calling campaign switch, or any other important message you need to communicate in real time.

An example end card

Customize the “Campaign Paused,” “Campaign Complete,” and “Campaign Outside of Dialing Hours” messages displayed to your callers to communicate important updates to your volunteers while the campaign is currently inactive.

For example, use these customizable end cards to let your callers know that you’ve finished your current phone bank, and to remind them where they can find your next phone bank.

Set these alerts in the Caller Messaging section of your campaign’s Run Campaign page

Ready to use these new features? You can configure them on the “Run Campaign” page of your calling campaign once you’ve launched it.

In the final days of this election, we know that every call, and every minute, counts. We hope our new customizable caller messages will help you better communicate with your callers for maximum calling efficiency in the final days of this race.

If you have additional questions about this feature, please respond back to this email and a member of the team will get back to you.

Wishing you an impactful final week,

Claire, Nate, Yves, and the Scale to Win Team
