If your organization uses Mobilize America as your event platform, you can embed Mobilize Sign Up pages right into one of the questions of your call script.

Set Up

To get started, you may need to reach out to your Mobilize America rep (or their general support line) and ask them to enable this feature for you. You can ask them something like:


“Could you please make the Mobilize event RSVP forms for [x] account embeddable for use with the Scale to Win Dialer? I know that Mobilize is removing support for the embedding of forms in the future. In the meantime, I’d like to use the workaround to embed my forms / enable the embed tab.”


Once you’re sure your Mobilize links are “embeddable,” all you’ll need to do is copy and paste the Mobilize Event URL into the question type.

During live calls, contact fields that you’ve pre-mapped during the upload stage (e.g. first and last name, number, zip code) will automatically fill-in to the embedded page to save time. If you import your calling lists directly from NGP VAN, this mapping happens automatically.


Van Integration

It is important to remember that this question type does not sync directly to VAN. However, if your Mobilize America platform is already integrated with your VAN, that sync will work as usual.


Reporting

To view your Mobilize America shifts collected via the Scale to Win Dialer, simply consult your Mobilize America dashboard to view your event recruitment results.
