On Thursday, May 4th, we will be releasing a new, “Auto Archive” feature to automatically archive campaigns that have not had any calls made within the past 30 days.
If you have campaigns that haven’t been called on in the past 30 days, they will be archived at this tie.
Note that auto-archiving is dynamic and resets each time any call is made on the campaign. E.g. if a calling campaign has calls on it once every 29 days, the campaign won’t auto archive. If you wish to keep any of your current call campaigns active that haven’t had calls made on them in the past 30 days, simply call again on that campaign before Thursday.
Results from archived campaigns are still available and accessible through your dialer account and you may copy any archived (or active) calling campaign if you’d like to reuse the calling campaign.
To access archived campaigns, click on the Campaign Status drop down menu and choose “Archived” depicted below:
Select the campaign status dropdown as shown in the image above if you’d like to filter to find an archived campaign.
Again, if you’d like to reuse an archived campaign, you can copy archived campaigns, upload a new calling list, and begin calling again.
