We’re excited to announce a brand-new feature that makes it easier to share crucial campaign information and contact details with your callers! The next time you create a campaign, you’ll see a new step added to the campaign creation process, the “Caller Sidebar”.


The new Step 5: Caller Sidebar and where to find it in the campaign creation process.


With the Caller Sidebar, you can make a variety of contact details visible to your callers at all times across a campaign. 


You can show your callers contact specific details like polling place names, email addresses, voter addresses, custom contact information, and more pulled from your uploaded contact list.


The Caller Sidebar displays important information and selected contact details during a live call.


To make contact details from your list visible, enable the contact information sidebar in Step 5 and select the contact details you want callers to see.

An admin can choose which contact details display for callers after enabling the contact information sidebar.


To add custom talking points to the sidebar, scroll further and enable the customizable sidebar. hat will appear on all pages of the dialer script. 


The Additional Information section of the Caller Sidebar Step with one section on GOTV Notes that will display for callers.


You can add as many sections to the customizable sidebar as you like, for instance to provide key dates or platform positions so your callers feel prepared to make the best calls possible.
