The Scale to Win team is thrilled to announce two new updates to our dialer tool: you now have the option to disable clicking, and to use rich text in your dialer questions! 


Skip clicking, dial immediately. Instead of manually approving every cell phone number in your call list, you can now choose to dial your full list right away. Of course, if you still need clicking for your use case, you can leave your clicking requirement on – the choice is yours! 


This feature is editable on each of your individual subaccounts, so you can tailor clicking based on your specific organization use case and requirements. 


Easy, toggle-on / toggle-off access. To disable clicking, simply navigate to the “Campaign Defaults” section in your Settings page. You’ll find the new option under “Clicking Requirement,” where you can select your preferred setting from the drop-down menu:


  • Require clicking for all types of phone numbers

  • Require clicking only for cell and VOIP phone numbers, not landlines (default)

  • Do not require clicking for any phone numbers


We’ve also introduced a rich text editor for all question types! 


Format your questions. You now have the option to include bold, italicized, underlined, or quoted text. You can also add headers, bullet points, and numbered lists to any question type.
