In STW Text, opt-outs are categorized as either Shared or Not Shared, indicating whether they are shared across all subaccounts in your account. By default, they are shared across all subaccounts. If you prefer not to share them, please contact support@scaletowin.com. To view your opt-outs by type, navigate to the Opt-Outs/Strike Lists page.
Texter Opt-Outs: Contacts manually opted out by texters from Threads or Texter View.
Automatic Opt-Outs: Contacts automatically opted out due to their response with an opt-out keyword/phrase (found below).
Admin Opt-Outs: Admins and higher can add opt-out lists as a CSV by subaccount.
Temporary Opt-Outs: Admins and higher can add temporary opt-out lists as a CSV by subaccount.
Shared Subaccount Opt-Outs: In cases where opt-outs are shared across subaccounts, this section displays the total number of opt-outs originating from other subaccounts.
Spoke Synced Opt-Outs: Clients who previously used Spoke can view the total number of opt-outs synced from their Spoke account. Opt-outs will sync between Spoke and STW Text.
Global Opt-Outs: Organization Owners have access to a central Global Opt-Outs page in Organization Settings. This allows you to search opt-outs, reverse opt-outs, and apply global opt-out lists across all subaccounts.
