What are the keyboard shortcuts?

Use keyboard shortcuts to quickly move between conversation threads and tabs without using a mouse.

Navigate Between Threads

• Shift + Up: Move to the previous thread

• Shift + Down: Move to the next thread

Access and Navigate Tabs

• Shift + Space: Open/close collapsible tabs and/or move to a different tab

Find Scripts and Send Messages

• Tab (from Responses): Move through the Response Scripts

• Enter: Select Response Script

• Command + Enter: Send message
