Creating an account is step one to become a Texter with your organization. To create an account, the organization you’re working with will need to send you an invitation. You’ll either receive an email from hello@scaletowin.com with instructions to create an account, or you’ll receive a message from your organization with an Invite Link.
The invite link starts with your organization’s account name and includes scaletowin.com/join. Click the invite link, enter the requested information, then click Sign Up.
Email Verification
After clicking Sign Up, please verify the email address used to create your account. This email can take a few minutes to arrive, and will be from hello@scaletowin.com.
Enter the 6-digit code in the box and click Verify.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
After verifying your email, you’ll be prompted to login by entering the email address and password used to sign up. Here you will set up two-factor authentication as an extra layer of security for your account. If you have a smart phone you can use an App like Google Authenticator, or receive an SMS text message with a code. Note: you need access to good cell service to use the SMS option.
For the app option, download Google Authenticator (or your app of choice) onto your phone and use the in-app camera to scan the QR code. This will add Scale to Win Text to your authenticator app and provide a new 6-digit login code each time you login to your Texter account. Enter the 6-digit code into the one-time code box and click Continue.
Next you’ll be prompted to copy a recovery code in case you ever need it to log into your account. Please save this code in a readily accessible place in case you need to use it. Then click Continue.
Login
After the two-factor authentication step, you’ll be able to fully login to your account. Prior to sending text messages, your organization must send you a Texter Link for the specific campaign you’ll be texting in.
