Texter Send Mode allows Subaccount Admins to set up a campaign so that Texters can send initial text messages in batches. Note: Send to Your Full List (bulk send) is the fastest way to send your campaign. Texter Send should not be used on campaigns where the goal is to send Initials as fast as possible as it’s dependent on volunteers to send Initials.

How to Turn On Texter Send Mode
Note: Only Organization Owners and Subaccount Admins are able to turn on/off Texter Send Mode.

• Step 1: Navigate to your Subaccount Settings page

• Step 2: Scroll to find the Texter Send feature and toggle it on
  
  

Campaign creators will now have the Texter Send option in the Send menu in their campaigns.

Enable Texter Send For Campaigns
Once you’ve created your campaign, navigate to the Campaign Management page. Click the Send button to expand the drop-down options and select Texter Send. 

Next, enter the batch size for initial sends and click Start.

Here, you can confirm Texter Send is turned on for your campaign and Initials won’t be sent until your Texters send them.

Note: If you want to switch to a different sending mode, first pause your campaign, then select a new option (example: Send to Your Full List).

Texters assigned to a campaign that is sending texts using Texter Send mode are responsible for sending all initial messages. To send initials, navigate to Your Campaigns and click the Send Initials button to send a batch of initial texts. Note: This will send the full batch with one button click.

If there are more Initials to send once the whole batch has been sent, you’ll see the Send Initials button and will be able to send more Initials.

After your initial texts have been sent, you’ll be able to claim replies as they come in by clicking Claim Replies.
