Scale to Win

Creating a user account is the first step to getting started with your new Scale to Win Text account. After your account is deployed, you’ll receive an email from hello@scaletowin.com with instructions to create an account.

1. Check your email inbox for the invitation email from hello@scaletowin.com.

2. Click the Get Started button in the invitation email.

3. You are then directed to a Sign Up page. Enter your information, check the box agreeing to the Scale to Win terms of service and privacy policy, and click Sign Up.

4. After clicking Sign Up, please verify the email address used to create your account. This email can take a few minutes to arrive, and will be from hello@scaletowin.com. 

5. Enter the 6-digit code in the box and click Verify.

6. After verifying your email, you are prompted to login by entering the email address and password used to sign up. As an extra layer of security for your account, you are required to set up two-factor authentication (2FA). If you have a smartphone you can use an app like Google Authenticator, or receive an SMS text message with a code. 

Note: You need a strong cell signal to use the SMS option. 

7. For the app option, download Google Authenticator (or your app of choice) onto your phone and use the in-app camera to scan the QR code. This adds Scale to Win Text to your authenticator app and provides a new 6-digit login code each time you login to your account. Enter the 6-digit code into the one-time code box and click Continue.

 8. You are then prompted to copy a recovery code in the event you need it to log into your account. Save this code in a readily accessible place. Then click Continue.

9. You are now able to fully login to your account. Remember to bookmark your account page URL for easy access!
