Opt-Out Statistics by Team

You can view your team’s overall Opt-Out statistics by clicking on “Opt-outs” in the left-hand admin menu of Spoke.

The “Opt-outs” page displays the total number of Opt-Outs on your team, broken down by type. 

            

  • Texter Opt-Outs: These are contacts who have been opted out manually by your texters selecting the "Opt-out" button. 

 

  • Automatic Opt-Outs: These are opt-outs collected with our automatic opt-out feature. Read more about this feature here.

 

  • Admin or External Opt-Outs: These are opt-outs that were uploaded manually via the "add opt-outs" button on this page. Read more about how to upload opt-outs here.

 

Note: If you are currently using our teams feature, your Opt-Outs will be, by default, shared across teams. To disable shared Opt-Outs, please reach out to us here.



Opt-Out Statistics by Campaign

To view an individual campaign’s Opt-Out statistics, click on the campaign’s name to open up its data display page.

The data display page contains two Opt-Out statistics. The topmost statistic shows the total number of phone numbers in the campaign that have been opted out. Below that, you’ll see an “Automatic Opt Outs” section; this shows the subset of those phone numbers which were opted out automatically.
