With the Caller Sidebar, you can add crucial campaign information and contact details with your callers.

With the Caller Sidebar, you can select a variety of contact details to be visible to your callers at all times across a campaign. 


You can show your callers contact specific details like polling place names, email addresses, voter addresses, custom contact information, and more pulled from your uploaded contact list. When using a VAN Integration for your contact list, the data you want to display will need to be included in your Saved List in VAN.


The Caller Sidebar displays important information and selected contact details during a live call.


To display this contact information for your callers, enable the contact information sidebar in Step 5 and select which contact details you want callers to see.

An admin can add specific contact details as a part of the Caller Sidebar to display for callers after enabling the contact information sidebar.


Scroll further down to enable a customizable section of the sidebar under Additional Information. Here, you can add tailored talking points to the sidebar that will appear on all pages of the dialer script for your callers

You can add as many sections to the customizable sidebar as you like, for example, you can provide key dates or platform positions so your callers feel prepared to make the best calls possible.


After entering all the information you want accessible by your callers, you can move onto step 6 to choose your caller ID
