You can invite new users at either the Subaccount level or Organization level. Subaccount-level users have access only to the specific subaccounts you add them to, while Organization-level users have access to all current and future subaccounts.
Adding Users:
Subaccount Level: Click on People in your main menu to add a user at the Subaccount level.
Organization Level: To add a user at the Organization level, you must be an Organization Owner. Click your initials in the upper right-hand corner, select Organization Settings, and the Organization People page will appear in the new menu.
Permissions:
Organization Owner:
Access to all subaccounts within their account
Ability to create subaccounts
Request link shortening domains
Ability to configure BigQuery and S3 Exports
Access to Organization Settings:
See usage across subaccounts
Add other Organization Owners
Ability to upload opt-out lists across all subaccounts
Search and reverse opt-outs across subaccounts

Update redirect URLs for provisioned domains
Plus all abilities at the Admin and Supervolunteer levels
Admins (Subaccount Level Users):
Create and edit campaigns
Start and send campaigns
Upload permanent and temporary opt-out lists at the subaccount level
Search and reverse subaccount opt-outs at the subaccount level
View subaccount-level usage
View and update subaccount settings
Invite users to join the subaccount at their level or lower
Edit Phone Number display names
Add and opt-out subscribers from the shortcode page
Create opt-in keywords and automatic messages for your shortcode
Supervolunteers (Subaccount Level Users):
View all threads associated with that subaccount from Threads
Send messages and apply tags
Opt-out contacts and mark threads as “Not Needing Response”
Add conversation notes
Reverse opt-outs from Threads
Note: Supervolunteers can see the names of your campaign and texters within that subaccount, along with all associated data for contacts mapped within campaigns. This includes a contact's opt-out status and who opted them out.
Texters (Subaccount Level Users):
Through an invitation link, request threads associated with individual campaigns
Send messages and apply tags
Opt-out contacts and mark threads as “Not Needing Response”
Add conversation notes
Note: Texters can see the names of your campaign and any custom data fields included in your initial message and response scripts.
