Campaign Metadata enables teams to stay aligned, filter efficiently and report with confidence by standardizing how campaigns are labeled. This feature enables organizations to define structured fields across subaccounts. These fields can then be applied to every campaign, improving organization, reporting, and oversight.

  1. Navigate to your Organization Settings, scroll to Campaign Metadata, and click + Add Metadata Field.

  1. From the New Metadata Field window, input a field name, select the field type (Single Select, Multi Select, State, User List, True/False, and Text), and optionally set a default value and required status. Once satisfied with the field, click Save.
