Scale to Win operates an enhanced version of the open source peer to peer texting platform Spoke. Our version of Spoke was designed with the administrative and volunteer experience in mind.

What is Spoke typically used for?

With Spoke you can quickly text large contact lists in order to:

  • Identify supporters

  • Recruit volunteers

  • Solicit contributions

  • Increase name ID

  • Get out the vote

and more! Check out some sample texting scripts here.

Build scalable campaigns with ease

In Spoke, you’ll create text campaigns - initiatives that allow you to engage your contact list with scripted messages and track response data. Text campaigns can quickly be created, copied, and edited (even while they're running). Results are displayed in real time, and can be exported in easy to understand files that display saved data and overall messages, or synced directly to NGP VAN

Send messages using classic peer-to-peer or blast mode

Spoke also gives you the option to have texters send each message in a campaign individually (classic peer-to-peer texting), or to use blast mode to send out the first messages in a campaign automatically.

Text from any device

Spoke is mobile friendly, which means your texters can participate in sending messages whether or not they have access to a laptop or desktop computer. Texters send messages from their internet browser - there’s no need to download an app.

Protect texter privacy

Texter phone numbers are never used to send messages. Text campaigns use sending numbers you register for in advance. Texters can feel secure sending messages for your effort without having to reveal their phone number to a large number of people.
