Spoke accounts with  multiple subaccounts have a Global Settings page where settings can be managed across teams. Use this page to view global usage across teams, see the status of all 10DLC registrations across your teams, and manage credits if you use that feature.

 

Only users with Super Admin status can view and use Global Settings. To add Super Admins to your Spoke account, please contact Scale to Win support.

Global Settings: Getting Started

Users with Super Admin privileges can access “Global Settings” at the bottom of the left-hand navigation menu on the admin side of Spoke.

Global Settings has its own left-hand navigation menu. You can access Credits (if credits are enabled), Global Usage, Compliance, and the Support page from this menu.

Credits

If you have credits enabled, use this page to view credit purchases across all teams and add or remove credits for individual teams. 

 

A credit corresponds to a message segment. Once a Spoke team has used up their allotted segments, they are prevented from sending additional texts (texters will see a banner stating “Insufficient Credits” instead of the “Send” button). 

 

Note, you will not be charged for adding credits to a Spoke team. You are only charged for the actual segments sent on your Spoke teams.

If a team is short on credits and blocked from texting, it will be highlighted in pink on the page.

Remove Credits

To remove credit allotments for a team, click on the bank icon under “View Credit Purchases”.  This will open a pop-up showing each instance where credits were added, who added them, and when they were added.

Click the trash can icon next to the entry to remove those credits from the team.

Add Credits

To add a credit, click on the card icon beneath the “Add Credit” heading. This will open a pop-up where you can add credits to the team. The pop-up includes a calculator to let you estimate how many credits you’ll need for the texts you intend to send.

Global Usage

The Global Usage page displays how many SMS segments, messages, and MMS messages have been sent across all of your teams.

 

At the top right of the page is a date picker that allows you to customize the date range shown. The report will show how many SMS segments, messages, and MMS messages have been sent in that date range. A graph beneath the report breaks down the usage by day.

Click on the chart to filter usage to a specific date. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to see usage broken down by team.

Compliance

Use this page to view the 10DLC registration status of your teams. You can also access a form on this page to submit a registration that should apply to more than one team.

 

If you plan to use one registration for multiple teams, please schedule a time to talk with us here so we can make sure we’re getting your teams correctly registered. 

 

To access the form, click “Start 10DLC Registration”. If you are registering multiple teams under one EIN, you will need to specify the names of each team that will be registered under that form’s submission. 

 

After you’ve completed your form submission(s), Spoke will update to show the registration status of your teams.
