Preparing to register for 10DLC? Here's what you'll need to provide in the registration form. An asterisk (*) indicates a required question.
What you need to register
Identify your organization type, i.e. the legal entity type for your organization*
The amount of texts you can send in a day on 10DLC depends on your legal organization type. If the incorrect entity type is selected, this can delay your registration.
501C3 - Non-Profit
501C4 - Advocacy Organization
501C5 - Labor Union
Political Campaign, Party, or PAC
Privately held company
Other (i.e. Government)
Political Campaigns, Parties, PACs ONLY: Provide your Campaign Verify Token*
Campaign Verify tokens are required for 10DLC registration if your organization is a political campaign, party, and PAC. Non-political organizations will skip this section of the form. Learn more about how to get a Campaign Verify token here.
Note: you will only see the field to enter your Campaign Verify token if you have selected "Political Campaign, Party, or PAC" as your legal organization type.
Private Entities: Select your Focus Area
Private entities must select the business area of focus from a dropdown menu. Options include:
Legal Organization Name *
Provide the legal name of your organization, exactly as it's written on your tax filing. Any mismatch between what you submit and what is on record with the IRS can delay your registration.
DBA Name (Optional)
If your organization has a "doing business as" name, share that here.
TAX Number / ID / EIN *
Enter your organization's EIN. Political campaigns without an EIN that have received a Campaign Verify token using a personal SSN should enter that number instead. Any mismatch between what is on record with the IRS, or with Campaign Verify, can delay your registration.
Does the organization and EIN you are submitting apply to multiple Spoke teams?
Ignore this question unless you want the registration to be applied to more than one Spoke subaccount, i.e. for regional chapters of the same organization.
Yes
No
Note: if you are a Spoke reseller, have multiple legal entities, or aren’t sure how to fill out this section, schedule a time to speak with us here so we can get you registered appropriately.

How do people sign up for your text messages? *
Select all that apply, and/or describe other ways that people can sign up for texts.
Entering a telephone number through a website
Clicking a button on a mobile webpage
Signing up at an on-site location
If you're not sure how to answer this, you can select "Signing up at an on-site location". For more context, you can also set up a call with us here.
IMPORTANT: If you select "Entering a telephone number through a website" or "Clicking a button on a mobile webpage", it is important that your website follow industry best practices. Your website must:
- include language that explains to users they are signing up to receive texts from you (see example below)
- link to a privacy policy that makes clear that mobile sign up data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates (including like-minded campaigns or organizations)
Will you be embedding any phone numbers into your texts? *
