On the Phone Numbers page, you can view all currently available numbers and register directly for 10DLC and Toll Free.
Editing your Display Name
Editing the phone number Display Name helps quickly distinguish between them when you're building campaigns. To name a number, click on the pencil icon under Actions, and then Add or Update your Display Name.
You can change the Display Name for any 10DLC, Toll Free, or Shortcode numbers you have available.
10DLC Numbers
In this section you’ll be able to register for 10DLC and add additional numbers to an existing registration. To register, you’ll open the form under the 10DLC Numbers section.
Successfully registering for 10DLC means you’ll be able to send your texts from phone numbers with local area codes. Your contacts will see these phone numbers when they receive your texts. By default, you’ll gain access to a single phone number with one of the area codes listed as a preference during your 10DLC registration. You can then add other numbers in the area codes of your choice (up to 49 in total).
Adding New 10DLC Numbers
To add additional numbers, click on the “Add 10DLC Numbers”. This will bring up a popup where you can enter the area code and quantity of numbers you would like to add.
If a number is not available in that area code, or the exact number we tried to purchase was taken elsewhere, you will receive an error message. You can either retry with the same area code or try a different area code.
Toll Free Numbers
In this section you’ll be able to register for Toll Free and see your existing numbers. To register, you’ll open the form under the Toll Free numbers section.
Successfully registering for Toll Free means you’ll be able to send your texts from phone numbers starting with an area code like 833, 844, or 866. Your contacts will see these phone numbers when they receive your texts.
